Myanmar Military Declared State Of Emergency and Detained leader Aung San Suu Kyi and Even Banned Broadcast
With just the second month of 2021, something seems goes crazy again with the world as The Myanmar military has seized power and declared a state of emergency on 1st February after arrested the leader Aung San Suu Kyi and others from the National League of Democracy (NLD) which the military allegedly meantion the election on last November is a fraud. And currently, people in Myanmar reported that all TV channels beside entertainment has lost transmission.
This happens after NLD party has won in a landslide last November with 83% of seats and the NLD lead by Ms Suu Kyi first come into power in 2015 while the Commander in Chief of the Army, Min Aung Hlaing leads the coup. Reuters reports that the commander-in-chief of the military can seize power provided that circumstances involving “disintegration of the union, disintegration of national solidarity and loss of sovereign power” occur. This is also not the first time a coup has occurred in Myanmar where it has occurred before in 1962 and 1988.

Currently, any public who are throwing nonsense against the military group will be arrested and citizen of Myanmar is starting to stock up foods and withdrawing money from bank, while mostly all road are under heavy surveilance and roadblocks from military power. But the truth is Aung San Suu Kyi is being loved by all nation of Myanmar and therefore she has gained 83% of winning election.
For those won’t understand the Military Coup or State of Emergency Martial law, this is something we can all learn where Military becomes full power of everything of the country. Let just hope that Myanmar will be fine as they have just started to see a brink of good light after so many years of poverty in Myanmar.
