The Origin+ Bloom with it just opened in September 2019 has been gaining attentions for their innovative and instagrammable food item where you can find this cafe at the lobby of Marina Bay Sands Tower 3. Recently, they have been launching a few cute desserts which will certainly catch your attention. Where you can find desert such as Hojicha Bubble Tea ($9) where it is a bubble tea shaped dessert that is made out of roll cake wrapped around the filling of salted caramel, hojicha (roasted green tea) crémeux, hojicha mousse, and chocolate pearls.
They even have some special dessert dumpling too
And if you aren’t a fan of the traditional rice dumpling, then you might be interested with their Sweet Dumpling $9 which is made with glutinous rice, coconut rice, cempedak crémeux, and pandan biscuit. While there are other special dessert such as the Mango $10 where it has a chocolate shell, the filling consists of passionfruit-lychee jelly, Sarawak pepper, and Thailand ‘Nam Doc Mai’ mango mousse and more.
