The car which collided with Leia with a loud bag and her dog few 10 feet forward the road and the car driver didn’t stop and continued to drive forward hitting Leia a second time and running over her too. The drive upon realising the accident then reversed and park on the roadside outside the Veranda condo and quicly exited his car to pick up his license plate as a bystander approached him which he quickly re-enters his car and attempted to drive off.
The bystander who block the driver from leaving the scene manage to retrieve the driver’s detail and snap a photo of his face and the car’s license plate. Lau who has lodged a police report, but video footage is required for a formal investigation. So anyone who happens to have the details of the footage video you can help Sulin out.
