Night Activities Which is Happens on January Where You Can Look Forward To
Check out these thrilling Annual Light to Night Festival where it will be happening from 22 January to 31 January as it will happening both onsite and online this year. So here is some event you can enjoy during this period of time.
Light Projections on Civic District Monuments
This main highlight of Light Night is the Art Skins on Monuments where you can admire light projections of artwork on National Gallery’s facade and other monuments in the Civic District like The Arts House, Victoria Theatre and Asian Civilisation Museum.
On Site Installation
You will be able to enjoy a large scale art installations at the Gallery’s Padang Atrium and Padang itself where you can spot a large circle in the middle of the Padang with the theme of “There in the Middleness”. Another installation to check out is the ACM Green of “Ways of Seeing” where you can see a structure of a giant telescope where it encourages you to see your surrounding through a new perspective.
Public Art
You might be able to spot some artworks in trains as “The Art in Motion” series is a travelling pop up art set up by five local artists.
Halal Food Near The Civic District
Unlike previous year, this year there won’t be any food stall at the Light to Night Festival but now there are plenty of halal food options in the Civic District where you can find Japanese cuisine to local, cafe food and more. Don’t forget to immerse yourself in the IG-Worthy and colour light project at the Civic District too.
