Sentosa Cove Water Turns Into Pink On 12 Jan, Resident Allegedly Spotted Dead Fish and Stingy Foul Smell
Sentosa Cove Water has turn into pinkish color on 12 January which were caused by Algal Bloom, where residents have found that the canals has suddenly having pinkish color and there are foul bloom water with rotten stench and also dead fish. This bizarre phenomenon that has reported only happen in the area.
This phenomenal apparently promotes the grown of algae in the water or algal bloom which can appear in numerous colors including pink, and it could deplete the dissolved oxygen in the water and leaving other creatures in the water to suffocate and die. Currently, NEA has not announced any information or statement regarding the matter yet.
