If you prefer to enjoy some activities to sweat it out for good then check out this National Kidney Foundation’s (NKF) inaugural three-week virtual charity run as you can choose to run, jog or walk at your own pace and space to contribute in a collective distance of 55,000 kilometre and raise $200,000 which will be donated to Artificial Kidneys (AKs).
