More Library Services Available From 4 January 2021 With No More Time Limits On Weekdays
Starting from Monday, 4 January 2021, more people will be able to spend more time in the public library as Singapore enters into the phase three. And there will be no limit on how long patrons can stay in the National Library, public libraries, National Archives of Singapore and the Former Ford Factory.
As the time limit will only apply for weekend visit only. With this said, the NLB also started to resume its public program with the guided tours and The Asian Film Archive’s public screening at Oldham Theater will also have an increased capacity from 50 people to 66 people, where both the theater and the atrium will continue to offer the digital programs.
However, to ensure the safety of all patrons, safe distancing measure, capacity controls and frequent disinfection of high touch point will continue on in all this library and premises. Patrons must wear their mask all the time and adhere to the capacity limit also.
