Wonder Woman 1984 Has A Musical Song Connected to Batman v Superman
As for most of you who has to watch the Wonder Woman 1984 will find that this movie has completely disconnected from any effort to connect back to the DC cinematic universe where you won’t find any message from the Flash or sudden appearance of some Wayne Enterprises. However, if you listen closely, as in the final confrontation between Diana (Gal Gadot) and Max Lord (Pedro Pascal), she delivered a stirring speech to all humankind in hope to inspire them to renounce the wishes that have created havoc across the planet.
Where she mentioned “You must be the hero. Only you can save the day” as sacrifice has to be made and because you are not the only one who has suffered, everyone wants more. As she talks, if you all noticed it is not her signature tune in the background but instead it is a version of “Beautiful Lie” which the somber instrumental piece that play over the opening scene of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Which is also the cut between a young Bruce attending his parent’s funeral and watching them get murdered right in front of him.
Though Batman v Superman doesn’t mention the exact time take place but putting all together, it is easier to imagine that young orphan Bruce Wayne might have listening to Diana’s words and after hearing that and lost what most important for him.
