With this simple lunge forward as far as you can with your leg and bending down your knee, so it almost touches the floor and use the heel of your foot to push yourself off into the next lunge

Skipping by keeping your elbows tucked in by your side and try to rotate with your wrist rather than your elbow and keeping your head and eye up
Plank Get-Ups

Set up in a plank position with your feet and elbows on the floor and push up onto one hand and another into a high plank with your arms straight and under your shoulder
