Jurong Bird Park Celebrates Golden Anniversary with $2.50 Admission in Jan 2021
Jurong Bird Park is now celebrating their golden anniversary where they will be having a $2.50 ticket admission for all local residents for the month of January 2021. The Jurong Bird Park is Singapore’s first wildlife park where it opens 2 and a half a year before Singapore Zoo. This bird park idea came from late Dr Goh Keng Swee when he was the Minister of Finance in 1968.
When this bird park firstly open it was a charge for $2.50 for an adult and $1 for children under 12 years old. And you can enjoy the show here with plenty of birds and attraction show here. Among the show is the comeback of Big John, a sulfur crested cockatoo where now this cockatoo is 50 years old, and it is also the park’s oldest cockatoo.
