K-Pop Genius Rain and Wife Kim Tae-Hee becomes Korea’s richest celebrity couple
The K-pop star Rain has been in the ray of sunshine for the fan this year as recently he was named one of the GQ Korea’s men of the year which this is after recognition of his lasting influence in variety show, music and even on social media platforms. The star began his career in 1998 are now one of Korea’s richest celebrities with an estimated net worth of US$49 million. He is a singer, dancer, producer, label boss, Hollywood actor and also husband. As Rain and top actress Kim Tae-hee wed in 2017, they took the number one spot as Korea’s richest couple ever. Which the couple’s combined property are estimated to be worth US$43 million.
Other than this, the couple also own a villa worth US$11.1 million and a building worth US$22.2 million which is located in the Cheongdam-dong in Seoul. While on their recent purchase were a US$2 million residence in California which now bring the couple combined property ownership to around US$73 million.
Rain who enjoyed the widespread fame followed by the 2004 K-drama of Full House which his lead role has made him an instant star not only in Korea but across Asia and particularly in China, Singapore, Hong Kong and Philippines. Now Rain is also one of Korea’s highest paid stars when it comes to endorsement such as designer brand like Gucci.
