Micheal Jackson’s Neverland Ranch Sold With Big Discount
The Micheal Jackson’s former Neverland Ranch in California has sold to the US billionaire Ron Burkle with a steep discounted price of around US$22 million. Where the famous late King of Pop converted his fairy tale themed retreat home with toy railroad, Ferris wheel and orangutans.
Which in the Neverland were also an infamous location where Jackson invited children to visit and sleep over, and he was accused of molesting those young boy. As Burkle, a Montana-based businessman with investment ranging from supermarkets to entertainment industry has purchased the ranch which was a land banking opportunity.
Earlier the ranch’s were asking for US$100 million on 2015, however the price was slashed to US$31 million last year and the ranch did not sell which was then taken off the market. While Burkle is planning to make this new branch of his Soho House private club network. The 2,700 acres estate located 40 miles from Santa Barbara features a main house with 6 bedrooms along with 3 guest houses, 4 acre lakes with a waterfall, tennis court, several barns and animal shelter facilities.
