Famous HK Mak’s Noodles to Shutter it Last Outlet Next Year
For the fans out wonton mee from the famous Hong Kong restaurant, Mak’s Noodles will certainly be sad as the restaurant has announced that they will be closing down its flagship store at The Centrepoint on 28 February next year. In their statement on their Instagram account, the restaurant is closing down because they are unable to come to an agreement for lease renewal with the mall management.
Mak’s Noodles is known for serving their wanton noodles in small bowls from preventing the noodles to turn soggy and with their 100 years of the same recipe, this Michelin star eatery is branded as one of the Best Wonton Noodle in Hong Kong which is actually originated from Guangzhou, China.
Mak’s Noodle opened its first restaurant in Singapore back in 2015 at Teh Centrepoint and later set up stores in VivoCity and Westgate. So if you are planning to enjoy these delicious wanton noodles from Mak’s Noodles, it is best to enjoy them before they close down in February 2021.
