Mastercard and Visa Will Stop Processing Payment to Porn Hub
The New York Times has reported that Pornhub’s which is hosting videos of underage girls and the massive tube site is not doing much to rectify the problems as Mastercard and Visa has announced on Thursday that they are cutting all ties with Pornhub and currently Mastercard full stop won’t allow their card to be used on pornhub payment while Visa is suspending card and will conduct their own investigation.
While Pornhub is calling Mastercard and Visa’s decision disappointing to them and this new is crushing down for hundreds of models who are relying on their platform for their livelihoods. This comes over a year after Paypal has suspended Pornhub payment and leaving them with fewer options too.
This is due to pornhub has been criticized for having illegal hosting and nonconsensual content such as deepfakes and girlsdoporncase which the major companies are now feeling the need to take action in the public eye.
