Less Stinky Fried Tofu With mala Sauce with price Starting from $5 Available at Newton Food Centre
When we all heard stinky tofu which will either love it or hate it as this fermented dish is a common sight at a stall in Taiwan’s night market where it is sometimes considered as the National Snack of Taiwan too. As we are unable to travel to Taiwan at this point, perhaps this new stall selling stinky tofu at Newton Food Centre will be great news to all of those who always loved Fried Stinky Tofu.
According to The REAL SG Vegetarians 生活要素, the dish offered here is rather mild compare to the original stinky tofu from Taiwan and this is due to the stall have reduced the smell after their tofu has received complaints from the public.
You can choose from the 5 flavours offer here which the price starts from $5 for the small white stinky tofu and $6 for the small black bean stinky tofu, while for medium size it will cost from $7 – $8, and for large option, it will cost respectively $9-$10 then you can get to choose the following flavour which are
