A farmer in India Discovered Unearths Diamond Worth of $110 k in the Land He Rent for Only $3.6
As we all know fortunes come smiling for those who are lucky were a farmer in India has made a discovery of his life when he was working on a 10 x 10 piece of land that he leased for 200 rupees ($3.6) where on 5 December when he, Lakan Yadav who was digging around the piece of land when suddenly he scooped up a bunch of dirt which then he notices a little pebble which looks different as it has different shines under the sunlight.
Then when he brought the diamond over to the district diamond officer where then they confirmed it was an actual diamond of 14.98 carats which worths 60.6 lakhs ($110 k) to be exact. And according to the Times of India, the farmer is still in disbelief over that discovery.
Prior to the news, Yadav is then evicted from his home in Panna National park and he was given handsome compensation and he used the money to buy 2 hectares of land, 2 buffaloes, and a motorcycle which he was content with his bicycle at first however his nephew persuade him to buy a vehicle instead.
So sometimes, you will be surprised by what you can discover even when you are just working as a farmer. That is really some great luck and blessing he has there for sure!
