Kimukatsu, Japan’s Famous Mille-Feuille Tonkatsu Opens at Takashimaya
The Japanese Famous Mille-Feuille Tonkatsu, Kimukatsu is finally here in Singapore at the Takashimaya basement 2 food hall, where they are famous for their tonkatsu which is made up out of many thin layers of pork. Like the usual tonkatsu, Kimukatsu uses extra thinly sliced pork where they are then stacked into 25 layers and then it will be covered with breadcrumbs and slowly friend in low temperature for 8 minutes.
