S’pore Aircraft Makes Emergency Landing at Johor Highway Yesterday Morning
This morning, those who are traveling on the Johor HIghway yesterday morning might have witnessed something bizarre as a Singapore Aircraft from Seletar Airport to Melaka has to make one emergency landing on Johor Highway. The light aircraft from Singapore has made an emergency landing near Sedenak, Johor around 49 km northwest of Johor Bahru due to some technical issue with the aircraft.
Due to this issue, dozens of firemen and police personnel were deployed to the scene to helping out on this aircraft emergency landing in which they all helped to push the aircraft to the roadside so the highway is not being obstructed by the light aircraft.
According to the Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM), CEO Captain Chester Voo has confirmed that the plane from Singapore has made this emergency landing which is a light aircraft type Beechcraft Model 35 Bonanza which was operated by Premier Air Singapore. The Johor Police mentioned that the pilots were flying at around 5,000 ft above the ground when they heard a strange noise from the engine at 11.05 am and the engine then was reported malfunctioning as the petrol gauge fell rapidly which they were forced to make the emergency landing afterward.
