SIA & Cathay Pacific Customer Now Can Rebook or Refund Tickets For Free After Air Travel Bubble Postponed
On Saturday, 21 Nov where the Singapore-Hong Kong Air travel bubble (ATB) which has just started however the ATB would be postponed again to 2 weeks due to the surge in the latest Covid-19 Hong Kong case, announced by the Minister of Transport Ong Ye Kung.
Which this may be disappointing news for those who have purchased the tickets and were eagerly looking forward to traveling to Hong Kong where now might have to wait for the 2 weeks time. In this misfortunate case, Singapore Airlines (SIA) has decided that the Singapore and Hong Kong authorities as defer the launch of the ATB.
Customer who has scheduled the flights between 22 Nov and 6 Dec and for those who no longer wish to travel due to the postponement can request a full refund and have the cancelation fees waived. So let’s just hope this will be better soon!
