KFC Launch Self Driving – Autonomous 5G 5G Food Trucks In China
While the world is still currently battling with the Covid-19 pandemic, China appears something different as KFC has started to launch their latest 5G autonomous vehicle where you can purchase your meals without any human interaction.
These unmanned vehicles where you can spot outside the metro station at Shanghai which you can place an order from the screen and it accepts payment via QR-code, then once you have successfully made your order, you will be able to collect your meal from the vehicle.
KFC also mentioned that they will be working with Pizza Hut to provide restaurant on wheel services too. And the Neolix unmanned vehicles support 4 levels of autonomous driving which can detect and avoid obstacles thanks to its array of sensors and it has a rated mileage of 100km on a single charge too with a maximum speed of 50km/h.
