Honest Taxi Driver Received Extra $88 for Payment, Tracks Passenger and Returns Back The Extra Money
A ComfortDelgo Taxi Driver who was being praised for his honesty and integrity after on 10 Nov, Tuesday where this taxi driver accidentally received a wrong payment from his customer which is an extra $88 eventually went off to track back the customer and told him that he has paid him $103 instead of the actual $15 taxi fare’s ride.
According to the netizen (the customer), he mixed up several $10 and $100 notes due to the similar colour and in result, he actually handed over a $100 note when he meant to use it as $10 instead, however, the taxi driver at first didn’t realise this until later the taxi driver text him back and telling him that he actually paid him extra $88 instead of just $15.
Shortly after that, the netizen realises that the driver contacts the ComfortDelGro taxi booking desk to look for his contact information which the customer has mentioned that the driver could easily keep the money and he didn’t, instead he went the extra mile to track him down and return the money.
