Kind Customer Tips Grab Rider After He Accidentally Spills Food, Made him Thankful for Her Kindness
A GrabRider spills food and soup of his customer onto the ground as the paper bag that contains the food was too flimsy, which the soup might have flowed out a bit and the bottom of the paper was wet during the trip of delivery by bicycle by the Grab Rider. Therefore, as he tries to take the bag out, the food just directly fell onto the ground.
The rider, Ms. Se straight took a picture and sent it to the customer and apologize to her immediately, and asked if he can go back and offer to buy back a new set for her.
