Man Spotted in Orchard Area For Weeks On Asking Passers-By For Money
According to the Stomp, a man was seen wandering outside the Far East Plaza along Scotts Road on Oct 26, and recently on Nov 9, another incident of some netizen sharing the news that the same man was spotted again asking random people for money in the street. The man which was shown in the photo wearing the same high-cut converse shoes and carrying the same sling back which he would allegedly approach people by telling them that he has lost his wallet and he needs some spare cash about $4 – $6.
