New Pilot Programme To Test On Karaoke and Clubs Activities
It might be some great news for some Karaoke, Clubs or Night Club fans as a new Pilot programme which will undergo for 3 months of time for testing to see if nightlight establishment can be reopened or not by the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MITI) and Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), however, the customer who is interested to visit these places must take a Covid-19 test 24 hour before the visit and these pilot programme will feature stricter rules such as:
- Customers must wear masks at all times, except when eating or drinking
- No alcohol sold or consumed after 10.30 pm
- Negative Covid-19 tests for karaoke lounge & nightclub customers 24 hours before the end of the activity
- CCTVs must be turned on and cover common areas as well as rooms, with recordings stored for at least 28 days
This program will begin for bars and pubs starting from December onwards and for establishment breaching this measure, they will be punished and removed from the pilot program.
