Korean Model Tips On Beautiful Legs Simple Exercise While Sitting

1. bend forward cross-legged
Exercise frequency: a group of 20 / a total of 10 groups
For the preparatory movement, we sit cross-legged on the yoga mat, with our feet long and close together. Then the body slowly bends forward, stays for 10 seconds, and then returns to normal. 2. Lift your feet
Number of exercises: a group of 30 / a total of 10 groups
Step on the ground with your right knee bent and your left ankle lightly straddling your right foot. Afterward, slowly bend your body down, with your chest close to (lightly touching) your ankles, and then slowly sit up straight.
3. Foot opening and closing
