Last year, we were discussing on the new Grab competitor, Gojek and now they are officially here! It’s finally open to all Singaporean! It announced on Thursday (January 10) that the ride-hailing service provider Gojek has opened access to all customers in Singapore.
In case you didn’t know, back in last year, Gojek launched its initial beta phase in Singapore on November 29, giving priority access to DBS and POSB customers. Now the long wait is finally over and you can download it to your mobile phone and start using it!
Thanks to the beta version run, after receiving the feedback from drivers and riders, the improvement modifications have been made onto the app and you should see a better version and more suited for Singaporean version. These modifications includes an enhanced routing system for more accurate and quicker routes, as well as a ‘pause’ function for divers to stop new trip requests before completing an ongoing trip.
Even better news is that for first-time riders, you will receive two S$5 vouchers, which can be used for two rides within two weeks of signing
