S’porean Can Travel To Thailand For Leisure With Special Visa and 90 Days Stay
Although Singapore travelling for leisure is still a faraway dream on this pandemic, however, Thailand has somehow allowed Singaporean to travel here for leisure with a special Visa and also staying for a longer period of time. Where visitor must stay in Thailand for at least 90 days and together with a special Visa which are the Special Tourist Vias *(STV) coming effectively on 7th October in order to enter into Thailand.
Once the Visa is obtained they must stay for at least 90 days there including a mandatory 14-day quarantine. Those who wish to apply for the Visa online can visit the embassy’s website here.
Other than this you will also require along with your passport and other forms, you’ll also need a Certificate of Entry (COE), which you can apply for via the same link as the Visa application. And finally, Thailand only allow travellers who fly on a semi-commercial Singapore Airlines (SIA) flights.
