You can Change Your New Address Thru Online Starting 1st October

As we all know, moving house is a quite problematic hassle as there will be a lot of stuff and also changes need to be updated. Where now starting from 1st October, all resident can report on their new address changes thru  E-service launched by the ICA. Where this is the latest updates from ICA’s vision for Service Centre next Generation of No Fuss, No Visit and No Waiting.

All you have to do is

1. Log onto the website using your SingPass
2. A unique PIN will then be sent by post to your new address
3. Enter the PIN on the e-Service to confirm your new address
4. Once this is confirmed, ICA will send an acknowledgement that your residential address has been updated
5. The change will be reflected in public agencies’ databases within 1 working day
6. A sticker with the new address will be sent via post and you must attach the sticker to the back of your IC
