PM Lee Captured Stunning Rainbow Ring at Gardens by The Bay Today
Our Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has made a post on his facebook regarding his encounter of a stunning rainbow ring which was captured at the Gardens by The Bay today. This phenomenon is known as the sun halo or 22-degree halo because the rin has a radio of 22 degree around the suns.
Where this incident only occurs when there are thin layers of clouds so high in the sky that they are made of ice crystal rather than water droplets. His shares were like by 10,000 people and shared over 1,000 times.
