Although it’s easy to have fried Kuo Tiao stalls in Singapore, Hill Street Fried Kuo Tiao is our editor’s favorite! This special version is definitely worth your day to relax. The crispy lard residue and hard sausage are combined with The silky kuey teow forms a sharp contrast.
This stir-fried Guo Tiao is a relatively moist version, with a delicious flavour and strong wok gas, and a wonderful aroma, which is irresistible. Be prepared for long queues, but don’t worry, it will be well worth your time!

Traditional mochi balls come in a variety of flavors, including peanuts, red beans, yams, black sesame and green tea. Customers can choose from three soup bases to match these delicious flavors that can be eaten in one bite-peanut, almond milk and ginger soup.
My personal favorite is the ginger peanut glutinous rice balls. The creamy nut filling forms a perfect contrast with the spicy and refreshing ginger soup. The queue time can be long, so be prepared to try this nostalgic dessert earlier!
