Meet Chipsleys An Adorable Family Of Seals Popular In S’pore Created By Local Gojek Driver
If anyone notices a sort of seal family of the cartoon which appears in a video for Geylang Serai Community Club on National Day or Snow City Singapore showcase of a seal family. Then most probably you all have met with Chipsleys.
The Chipsleys which is a series of a lovable family of seal and was created by a 44-year-old Gojek driver, Benny Tay who has been driving Gojek since 2018, and due to his own love for design and his wife’s love for cute animals and characters. Therefore, he started to craft this character of Benny in 2006 but only formally made it public in 2013.
With the creator who has no formal background in design while he only picks it up through several courses and attended design-related certification from these related classes.
So far, Benny’s favourite collaborate is with Snow City and he mentioned that he hopes that more people will soon be able to own a piece of Chipley and whatever reason is, we are commuted to supporting each other in achieving their goals.
