S’pore Woman Files Police Reports After Mistakenly Paying $40 For COD Package Via Ninja Van
A netizen, Peng was on her busy day of work when suddenly she was alert on a COD package arriving via Ninja Van and she was required to make a payment of $40 for the parcel. But later on, she discovered that the parcel was a beauty mask worth $5.48 online. Therefore she finds that she got tricked and make a report towards Ninja Van but instead she was told to report to the seller which she couldn’t find or trace the seller information at all.
Later on, she found another message that there will be another COD parcel which she will be receiving soon. And due to this issue, she has made a police report and seems it is not first time people reporting this issue as this issue has been happening a few time.
However, they have since informed the shipping consolidator of the issue. Ninja Van will work with the police to facilitate all police investigations and are now processing the refund for her.
