SFA Investigate Fingernail in Teochew Porridge At Upper Serangoon Road Stall
The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) is currently investigating a case where a netizen name Bryan reported an incident that happens at Heng Long Teochew Porridge shop at 1012 Upper Serangoon Road and shared that there is a fingernail found inside a bowl of porridge on Monday (Aug 10) around 8.22 pm.
After Bryan told the staff on the first attempt then that particular staff just walked away and then he told a 2nd staff, where the staff told him to report the situation at the counter and finally the third staff member only apologized and offered a refund.
Bryan later reported this incident to SFA. Where later SFA are conducting an inspection on this food retails establishment to ensure these food stalls are following the rules and regulation or else SFA will not hesitate to take enforcement action if necessary.
