Civet Cat Sneaks Into Home At Lepaks For 2 Hour Due To Don’t Know How To Get Out
We all know that stray cats visiting our house might be a rare case too due to this cat usually won’t enter premises which they aren’t familiar with and they will just runoff. But a netizen somehow bumped into another species of cat which it actually lepak there for 2 hours. 😀
A man, who documented his finding a unique visitor at his house 3rd-floor toilet after he was awaked by a sound at his washroom at 3 am at his house located at the Thomson area. As he checks out the noise coming from, he, later on, discovered that there is a Civet Cat (Musang) that somehow enters his toilet by the screens on the window and didn’t know how to get outback.
The owner then just opened up the screen and close the light and the civet cat finally leave after 2 hours on relaxing moments with the owner. The owner did mention that it was around 5 am after the cat decided to leave and he is very sleepy plus he have to continue back his sleep even with those poop smells and wildlife animals smells too. 😀
The netizen was amused with his Facebook post and somehow giving him lots of good feedback for sure. Civet cats are usually found living in forests, parks, mangroves, and even roofs of buildings in Singapore. They are nocturnal by nature and like to stay in trees and high places.
National Parks Board (NParks) advises the public who encounter civet cats not to be alarmed and leave them alone. They are shy and will try to stay out of sight. Observing from afar is fine but do not try to corner or chase them as it will provoke them to attack.
