Best Workout-App to Try Out at Home On 2020

For those who are worrying about the current condition of the pandemic and still worries about having a healthy lifestyle and lack of working out. Here might be some great app just for you to maintain your healthy lifestyle.

1. Nike Training Club (NTC)

Nike with their NTC’s premium subscription free where you can get a up to 185 workout video range from cardio, HIIT, mobility, strength and yoga for you to choose from.

Each session ranges between 15 to 60 minutes — the same length of time you spend watching an episode on Netflix (sorry about the guilt trip). For those who do not have proper gym equipment at home, you’d be glad to know that there’s a range of body-weight workout videos available as well.

2. Adidas Runtastic

This app tracks your running activities and also it required some simple workout where no gym equipment or dumbbells needed, just an exercise mat, towel, water bottle, and some determination to complete the exercise.
