S’porean Suffers Serious Burns And Blister After Chinese Cupping At Aljunied Massage Parlour
A 36-year-old John Rey who is a chef in Singapore was having a fine afternoon with his wife as suddenly they feel like trying out the massage and foot reflexology service on July 28 around 10 pm. According to John, the burns were so bad and the staff who did the cupping seems to be not very experienced. And the cupping somehow leaves the mark which unable John to sleep for 2 days. As he couldn’t take leave due to his working place are currently very shortage of men power.
According to the Chinese local paper, John did aware that the burning sensation was normal as it was the first time for him to try out these cupping. The boss of the massage outlet has gotten in touch with John and refunded both of them plus she urged John to see a doctor and offered to pay for the medical bill, however, John only asked for a refund.
Perhaps these cuppings are really done by inexperienced staff or was it due to John’s skin having sensitive issues. But anyhow, hopefully John can recover soon and guess he really treated the massage parlour nice due to just asked for a refund.
