Singapore Civil Defence’s Public Warning System Will Siren Out Aug 1st

For all Singaporeans, tomorrow if you hear the Singapore Civil Defence’s Public Warning System will be sounded on the whole island-wide for the practice of the incoming National’s Day.

The siren will go off around 10.30 am and 8.20 pm, each siren will last around 20 seconds. Where the first signals are the Anthem moment and the 2nd signals are the Pledge moment.

So, therefore, don’t be surprised on tomorrow if you hear this siren go off or go panicking around. Perhaps it might be a good idea for you all to get ready your mobile and record this great historical moment to tomorrow. Or for those who really have the patriotic feeling, you may sing our Proud National Song too.
