Mostly the experience when purchasing from the vending machine is that there are most probably that you have mistaken press the wrong button or the lowest chances of the drinks getting stuck are really low. But have you ever stuck on a case where the design is so similar and you just happens to hit the wrong buttons?
According to a Facebook page by the local news, a dissatisfied customer who named as Eddy Eddy who has lost $1 after selecting the wrong drink, where he was supposed to buy a soybean drink but mistakenly selected the chrysanthemum tea instead because of the packaging of the two products are too similar.
While on Eddy’s side if he did manage to get back his refund or not but his post has garnered a great deal of feedback from online netizen on the post. As some of the netizens mentioned that the ‘Chrysanthemum tea’ and ‘soybean drink’ are printed on the can, so if you press wrongly, you just have to leave it. While others urged Eddy to accept his part of the blame. But of course, not all comments are unsympathetic, where some of them also mentioned that they were being tricked in the same way too in the past.
