Frozen Durian Bought Online Lead To Flood Complaint, Customer Group Together To File Report
The durian is one of the fruits which are loved by a lot of Singaporeans which is called the Kings of Fruits. While there is a lot of online orders to orders this durian nowadays. Unfortunately, mistakenly order from a website which is a bit different from the one you expected can really make a huge difference.
The Durian Express Delivery (www,duriansexpressdelivery.com) which operates from an Instagram account with the same name around June 2020. While it also operates another 3 Facebook page by the name of Top Grade Durian, Top Grade Durian Singapore, and Top Grade Durian SG. However, there is another company that opened in Dec 2019 with a same “www.durianexpressdelivery.com” which has the missing “S” behind the durian. It got mistaken totally for this website.
Which lead to the Durian Express Delivery (without the S) being alerted in public in a Facebook post this month that it is not behind the company that has been linked or complaints about poor quality durians. The owner of this company has been getting 10-20 complaints a day from the customer who bought from the wrong seller and the trust of his company has been lost despite his company being the innocent party.
A police report was also made towards that offending company while the offending company also deleted those bad comments and blocked unhappy customers after mentioned by some customer, and currently, the Consumer Association of Singapore were alerted regarding this issue.
