PM Lee’s Magic Language Changing Cup Now Available For Sale
On 3 Apr, during Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s address to the nation, a lot of Singaporeans were riveted by something peculiar which is PM Lee’s teacup. Where he swiftly made his speech in English, Chinese, and then Malay and he would then take a sop from this cup, therefore it is known somehow as the magic language changing cup.
After 3 months now, you can finally get this cup for yourself and on the website’s description, we learned that one of their artisans Vera Leng had painstakingly scrolled through PM Lee’s Instagram for this feat, this cup were also having the Tembusa graphic which is one of Singapore’s heritage trees which symbolizes resilience, dynamism, purpose, and usefulness.
Made in Japan, it is noteworthy that the Tembusu flower motif was painted by Supermama Store’s makers in the Land of the Rising Sun. It measures 6.8cm in depth and 8cm in height. It is also safe to clean using a dishwasher.
