Teen Caught Vaping In MRT got Issued Warnings and Fined
Earlier this year, a video of a teenage girl who was seen vaping on an MRT went viral on Facebook. The Health Science Authority (HSA) of Singapoe mentioned that the 3 individuals in the video have been issued warnings and fines.
Meanwhile, in the press release, the 13 and 16-year-old teens involved are given conditional warnings for their offense and they are required to complete a community rehabilitative program and have to remain crime-free for a year. While the 3rd member of the group is an 18-year-old boy who was issued a fine under the nicotine-related offenses and the fine were between $200-500.
