Sembawang Residents Disgusted To Find Ground Littered With Soiled Sanitary Pads
Recently, there was a report on the case that there is a case of soiled sanitary pads where seem to throw near Block 363 Sembawang Crescent on July 12. Hing Yen shared photos of the soiled sanitary pads which were thrown from the block.
As Sembawang Town Council has responded to the case of soiled sanitary pads allegedly thrown from a unit at Sembawang Crescent. While currently, the person who is responsible for throwing the sanitary pad is yet to be found. The NEA is notified of this issue as high rise littering falls under the purview also.
