Youth Flouted Circuit Breaker While Harassing Loanshark’s Debtors
On 14 July, a youth who has harassed loanshark’s debtor in order to pay off his own debt loanshark was sentenced to a 12 months informative training.
Chua Jun Yong, who comment on the acts during the circuit breaker period was also disqualified from driving for 12 months for road traffic offenses. He is then agreed to visit eight units and rent a car to commits the acts as that time, he didn’t have a driving license or insurance at the time, he drove to one such unit on 6 April and used a marker to vandalism a lift landing wall and locked the debtor’s front gate with a bicycle lock and then he continues on to the other units.
