Youth Flouted Circuit Breaker While Harassing Loanshark’s Debtors

On 14 July, a youth who has harassed loanshark’s debtor in order to pay off his own debt loanshark was sentenced to a 12 months informative training.

Chua Jun Yong, who comment on the acts during the circuit breaker period was also disqualified from driving for 12 months for road traffic offenses. Lawyer Ng Shi Yang, Chua lawyer said that Chua actually had a trying childhood which leads him to have a very little guidance in life and Chua committed the offenses as he was in need fo quick cash after he stopped working in national service and he used to take care of himself by working multiple jobs.

After a few mores of the sobering process for Chua, he even got his name and face plastered all over newspaper during the circuit breaker period and the same has not left him but he has grown up further with the support of his girls and his brother which land him to then to start conducting those harassment activities from 6 April where he been offered a task to pay off an $800 debts to a loanshark and Chua was promised a $150 will be deducted from the amount owed for each debtors property that he tricked.

He is then agreed to visit eight units and rent a car to commits the acts as that time, he didn’t have a driving license or insurance at the time, he drove to one such unit on 6 April and used a marker to vandalism a lift landing wall and locked the debtor’s front gate with a bicycle lock and then he continues on to the other units.
