As there is a mini flood scene reported happening at an HDB flat staircase, which makes it like a mini waterfall. As the water is flooding the staircase and also common walking so everywhere basically becomes a mini puddle of a large pond. As in the caption from some netizen, it really brings back the kampung feel where it gets flooded when it comes to a heavy raining season.
So, it might be a great idea for those to start grabbing your pocket umbrella and some waterproof bag cover just in case you happen to stomp up by these little heavy rains.
I was at my brother house in Jurong West when It suddenly rain and this is what happen .. just wondering whether is it a hdb flat or a kampung where it goes flooded when comes a heavy rain
