Wearable Air-cond Devices Available In Japan By Sony
Asia countries are quite famous for their weather of hot and humid, so the most part which makes us all always uncomfortable are during the hot days, we have to rush to works and queue up for our bus ride or mrt, just to travel to our working face while blazing through the hot weather with sweats running nonstop.
In Japan, Sony has designed and launch a device called wearable air-con device which is now ready to be purchase for ¥13,000 (S$169). This device comes after its crowdfunding campaign appeared on 22 July 2019, which raised around S$833,000 in six days. With only 85g, this cooling gadget can be placed behind the back pocket of a specially made t-shirt.
The Reon Pockets will act as blowing cold air into the body and the temperature can be lowered at least 13°C (from 36°C to 23°C, for example). One single charged via USB can allow this device for 2-hour usage. It also comes with 3 functions as auto mode, my mode, and quick start.
This device also comes with exclusive innerwear with a back pouch which is sold separately for ¥1,980 (S$26) inclusive of tax and comes in two colors: White and beige. So perhaps it might be a good idea to grab yourself one today.
The Sony Reon Pocket is sold on Sony Japan and Amazon.co.jp. It can also be shipped to Singapore via freight and third-party parcel forwarders such as Vpost or Zenmarket.
