Covid-19 New Cases In Community, Least 7 Clusters Closed
The Ministry of Health (MOH) has reported on 158 new cases of Covid-19 infections on July 8. Among these new cases, majority of these infections were mostly among work permit holders residing in the foreign worker dormitories. As currently there are around 9 cases in the community, 4 which are Singaporeans or Permanent Residents, 2 are work pass holders and 3 are work permit holders.
With this increase of case from the community, there are one new cluster case which was linked to the eight previous cases a new cluster at dormitory at 12 Kian Teck Crescent. Meanwhile, there are 7 clusters which have been closed now:

- 109 Ubi Avenue 4
- 11 Defu Lane 1
- 12 Kwong Min Road
- 18 Woodlands Industrial Park E1
- 55 Genting Lane
- 6 Tuas View Square
