33-Year-Old Man Arrested For Molested A Woman On MRT

On March 23, the police have received a report from a woman that she was molested by a man sitting beside her on the MRT train. The man who is a 33-year-old suspected for this case of outrage modesty, fled the scene when the victim try to detain him after the train stopped.
Through the investigation, the Jurong Police Division manages to identify the man and arrested him on July 6. With the charges of outrage under Section 354(1) of the Panel Code, the man can be charged with up to two years, or fine, or canning or any combination of such punishments.
