102-year-old Mom Unites With 73-year-old Son After Surviving Covid-19
With Singapore’s oldest Covid-19 survivor, 102-year-old Madam Yap Lay Hong who was diagnosed with Covid-19 on 1 April were among the others who are staying at Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home Cluster were discharged on 1 May.

Due to the pandemic period, she wasn’t able to see her son due to the earlier lockdown, however, she can finally meet her son who is 73-year-old Alan Ho on 25 Jun. According to the local newspaper reports, Alan has brought her mom’s favorite foods which are durians to visit her. Along with her son, Madam Yap’s 4 other children, 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren have not yet seen her since.

For the moment, due to restrictions, Lee Ah Mooi Old Age Home has a daily cap of 10 visitors daily, with each visit limited to 30 minutes.
