TraceTogether Token 1st Batch Will Be Given Out To Senior Citizen

The 1st batch of TraceTogether token has been given out for senior citizens who don’t own a smartphone and in which these groups are more vulnerable to contracting Covid-19 by the Government on June 28.

The Silver Generation Office (SGO) also will be making a house visit for senior citizens which fall under these categories such as:
- are physically frail
- live alone
- have poor family support
- are not digitally connected, i.e. don’t have a smartphone
With the 6-9 month’s battery life, this token ease up the tracing the information on preventing Covid-19, and this token comes in a size similar to iPod. This is just the 1st batch, as the design of the token in future will keep on improving.
