Spiceman Makes Fresh Curry Blends To Kept Father Legacy Alive
Sometimes, our father’s legacy will shape and help out on our future career profession without even realizing it. As a Yishun spiceman story, Mr. Jeya Seelan of Jeya Spices. He shared a stories of his father’s old trade profession which are making fresh curry blends from all those Indian traditional spices has inspired him to continue on with this legacy and earned more than 1,400 shares so far.
From Jeya stories, he said he was attracted to the alluring and beautiful colors of his father creation when his father returns home after a long day work where he will notice his father work shirt has streaks of beige, splashes of crimson and dashes of yellow colors which were created from selling those spices.
For 22 years, his father has passed him the family tradition of blending spices and today, he knows the notable contrast between the taste of organic turmeric powder and full-flavored Kashmiri chili powder to the scent of nutmeg powder which enables his to make specially blended kurma paste for his curry paste creation.
